The coffee in Italy is not coffee the way it is in America. The coffee, or cappuccino to be precise, is crack. It takes some serious self-control not to just down about five on the spot every morning. I think about my coffee drinking habits back home and when I don’t have time in the morning I end up drinking Dunkin’ Donuts or bodega coffee which is totally crazy because that cappuccino you see up there costs just as much if not less as something at Dunkin’ Donuts. Just writing about it makes me want to do drink more.

Also, I didn’t bring my camera with me when I first got to Florence. I let my sister (above) take care of the photo duties and I thought I could just upload the photos from her camera. Unfortunately Sony sucks and uses some special chip so I’m going to have to wrangle a card reader to put stuff up here. So more about Florence to come.
