This Wednesday (April 9th) Erik Spiekermann, typographic superstar of recent Helvetica fame will be speaking at the Boston Public Library at the Society of Printers’ Dwiggins Lecture. This will coincide with the New England Book Show. This is an incredibly under-publicized event considering how well known Spiekermann is. I know I’m going to be there and I recommend it to anyone interested in design and typography.
